Dr. Víctor J. Hernández Darias, born in 1990, is not just a dentist but the embodiment of precision, innovation, and humanity. Trained at the renowned Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio in Madrid, he has been running his own practice in Palma since 2020. But that is only the beginning.
Víctor and his team are pioneers in dentistry and stay constantly up to date through continuous professional development. What does that mean for you? A comprehensive range of treatments – from everyday preventive dentistry to highly specialized surgical procedures. Since 2022, he has also held a Master’s degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, and his expertise in guided surgery, implants, and full-mouth reconstructions is exceptional. For Víctor, perfection is not an ambition – it is a promise.
His credo? “Function and aesthetics belong together like summer and sunshine.” If you cannot tell whether a restoration is a filling or a prosthetic replacement, then he is satisfied. His passion for flawless results is reflected in every detail.

Born in 1986, Kathrin Bauer has been living in Mallorca since 2019 and is the organizational heart of our practice. As a Specialist in Health and Social Services Management, she has helped build and strategically develop the clinic alongside Dr. Víctor J. Hernández Darias from the very beginning.
From May 2026, she will begin a part-time Master of Science in Health Management, further strengthening her commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in patient care.
Kathrin is exclusively responsible for practice management. She leads the reception team, coordinates all staff members, and oversees the entire internal organization of the clinic. In addition, she manages the billing system and structured financial planning, ensuring transparency and smooth administrative processes.
Through Smile Support, she particularly supports German-speaking patients with cost clarification, treatment plans, and communication with Spanish dental providers.
In her free time, she enjoys the natural beauty of Mallorca, loves traveling, and regularly visits her family in Germany.
Dr. Guillermo Julià Català, born in 1986, completed his training at the renowned International University of Catalonia in Barcelona. He obtained his Master’s degree in Prosthodontics and Oral Rehabilitation as well as a diploma in Implantology at the Complutense University of Madrid.
Since 2011, Guillermo has been passionately dedicated to dentistry and implantology, always searching for the most advanced and innovative techniques.
Guided surgery, immediate loading of implants, and the continuous improvement of dental and implant treatments are among his core passions. Thanks to his extensive training, experience, and commitment to perfection, he is able to restore both function and aesthetics for patients at the highest level.

In his private life, Guillermo finds balance on the tennis court and has a great interest in maritime and aviation topics.
Some dental treatments require more than precision – they demand experience, safety, and a calm approach. This is where Dr. Alessandro Aragona supports our team.
Born in 1980, he graduated in Medicine and Surgery in Naples in 2004 “cum laude”. Since 2010, he has been a specialist in Anesthesia and Resuscitation, working in leading hospitals and clinics across the Balearic Islands.
Upon request, Dr. Aragona joins our practice to provide sedation for anxious patients or during more extensive procedures. He is responsible for the full administration and monitoring of sedation, ensuring the highest medical safety standards.
His calm and controlled manner inspires confidence and allows patients to experience treatment in a relaxed and stress-free way.
Dr. Aragona speaks Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and English, offering attentive care to international patients.
In his free time, he enjoys the sea — swimming, kayaking, and fishing — an environment that reflects his personality: calm, focused, and strong.
Dr. Diego Rajoy, born in 1989, represents modern orthodontics at the highest professional level. He studied dentistry at the renowned Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio in Madrid and completed a Master’s program as a European Specialist in Orthodontics from 2016 to 2019.
During his specialization, he worked exclusively in orthodontics. Between 2017 and 2020, he practiced as an orthodontist in Ibiza, Palma, and Menorca. From 2020 to 2025, he continued working as a specialist in several private clinics in León.
Dr. Rajoy focuses exclusively on orthodontics with the clear goal of harmonizing function and aesthetics. Whether traditional braces or modern, nearly invisible systems, each treatment is based on an individualized and holistic concept.
His calm, precise working style and keen eye for detail inspire trust in children, teenagers, and adults alike.
In his free time, he enjoys gastronomy, the sea, skiing, fishing, animals, and motorcycles – passions that reflect his dynamic and multifaceted personality.
Sophie is a valued member of our team, known for her dedication, attention to detail, and warm personality. She plays an important role in ensuring that our daily practice runs smoothly and that patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
From June 2026, she will be a qualified Dental Hygienist, focusing mainly on professional dental cleanings. With empathy and precision, she helps patients maintain optimal oral health. She also provides partial support at the reception, contributing to an efficient and well-organized workflow.
Hygiene, structure, and thorough preparation are second nature to her. Her positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility make her an essential part of our team.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and discovering new places and cultures — a passion that reflects her open-minded and vibrant personality.
José, born in 1988, comes from Mérida in the Venezuelan Andes and has been living in Mallorca since September 2025. Before moving to the island, he spent eight years in Barcelona and two years in Belgium.
Thanks to his international background, he speaks Spanish as his native language as well as English at a high level, and he is also fluent in French and Catalan.
José has been a licensed dentist in Venezuela since 2013. While currently working on the official recognition of his degree in Spain, he supports the VHD Dental team as a dedicated dental hygienist.
With his calm and patient manner and his high professional standards, he ensures that patients always feel well cared for.
In his free time, José enjoys staying active: he regularly goes to the gym, swims in the sea, hikes in the mountains and reads whenever he has time. Whenever possible, he also enjoys traveling and discovering new places.
Since September 2024, Fernanda has been strengthening our team at VHD Dental as a dedicated dental assistant. Born in 1991 in Ecuador and now living in Palma for several years, she brings not only valuable professional experience but also a warm and friendly personality to our practice. Her native language is Spanish, and she also has solid basic knowledge of English.
Since January 2024, Fernanda has been completing her training as a dental hygienist, while already assisting chairside in our practice and supporting Dr. Víctor Hernández Darias during treatments.
Her professional and friendly manner creates a pleasant atmosphere for our patients.
Outside the practice, Fernanda enjoys staying active, spending relaxing days at the beach and expressing her passion for dancing.
